    Custom thread adapter

    Hello,

    See attached picture for what I'm looking for. I need just one of them. I'd like the non threaded parts polished if possible but it's not a requirement. I'm located on west coast US, thanks

    No it doesn't need to spin, and in addition to the diagram the bottom cylinder part needs to have a flat spot on opposite sides so that I can screw it in easier with a crescent wrench

    How long is it ? Dimension from end to slot ? Taper at what angle ? Dose it need to be concentric from thread to thread ?
