IC DSP CHIP. Mfg Part: TMS320C32PCM60

Hi there, I am Ruthain here,
I have Anilam CNC mill that now pops up on the screen of the machine at the boot up an error message saying:

    "CCU DL TIMEOUT.
    ERROR LOADING CCU FIRMWARE!!! C\:>P6M"
Unfortunately, the manufacturer of the machine doesn't do the support anymore but they suggested I look at the DSP board of my machine. So, my technician suggested replacing the chip could be a better option.
The firmware details of my controller are:
    "Anilam 6000M CNC Software
    Version 3.05A
    CCU firmware version 246280.10"
Does perhaps anyone here knows how o go about solving this issue please?
    Thank you
    Best regards
    Ruthain

...does this Anilam CNC have a HDD? Does it have a CMOS Battery that needs replaced or has been replaced? ..... If, so your BIOS settings would need to be reset.
