I am building a new controller for a Multicam Router. I am using a Masso G3 Touch for the controller and Clearpath SDSK motors. My question is this,

Masso tells me to bond the V- terminal for the G3 Touch controller power supply with the V- on any other 24VDC power supplies within the system (I have 2 other 24 VDC power supplies). In addition, I also have 2 Amazon IPC-5 75VDC power supplies for the servos. Do I need to bond ALL of the V- outputs together or just all the 24 VDC V- outputs?

I normally bond all of the V- wires to panel ground. The exception to this is a non transformer isolated direct rectified line voltage servo power supply, grounding the V- on this would be a dead short. This was somewhat common on old Anilam systems and some others.

I am going to NOT ground the 75VDC V- on the IPC-5 Servo power supplies and see what happens while bonding all the various 24VDC power supplies within the whole system. I will bond all of these via the panel ground.
