Question Unable to reach max spindle speed with NCstudio

    Hi Team,
I'm helping at my makerspace that has a old NCStudio CNC driven by a HL-3000-2015-T VFD. We have an issue where we cannot control the spindle speed higher than 10,000 rpm based on the slider in the software. So only the 7,000 and 10,000 rpm slider settings in NCStudio work. As soon as you move the slider to higher than 10,000 the spindle slows down to 0.

It is similar with manual gcode commands from NCstudio.Using M03 S10000 works, but using M03 S10001 causes the spindle to slow down to 0.

Our spindle is rated to 400hz, and we can see that at 7,000rpm the frequency displayed from the VFD is only 100hz, and at 10,000rpm only at 150hz.
We are able to manually using the up and down buttons on the VFD control Box move the spindle up to 400hz.

We are hoping to get some assistance or pointers about whether this is an issue we can fix in NCstudio or if it is an issue with the VFD, which 'programs'/variables we need to change to have the full range of spindle speed under software control.
    Thank you for your help.

Need to set on the VFD, to make the max voltage to match with the max spindle speed.

    Thank you cncmakers001.

P-033 which is the variable for max frequency is already set to 400hz. We are also able to, using the control panel, change the frequency to 400 to get the spindle to go to max speed in a manual mode. However, we cannot drive it by the slider in ncstudio (picture attached), or the gcode being read by ncstudio.

Are there perhaps other variables in the program of the VFD that we need to look at?

    thank you for the help
