How much is the going machine shop hourly charge?

I'm looking for how much your shop charges per hour, esp. in the NE section of the US, NJ area.

    Thanks.

An open mind is a virtue...so long as all the common sense has not leaked out.

Well, for buyers in my country (Mexico) I rate at $20 hr.
For customers outside, I rate at $45 hr

But I still find big discrepancy about how much time a job will take.
If I saw an easy setup of 15 min + 10 of running, then I charge an hr, while others charge 2 or more.
Also the feeds & speeds. Not long ago I quoted over 1 part per minute calculation, while other shop calculated 3 minutes per part! How do we got our numbers?
