    helping in victor vturn np20

    hello
    i have a new victor vturn np20 cnc machine
    the turret is on tool no 1 when I try to index tool no2 or another tool
    there is an error show in screen( turret index overtime) then
    (ex1059 turret rot.don't tuch reset)
    the servo motor for the turret is mitsubishi
    and the turret has mill live tool
    please any help

    is the turret unclamping? or is not?
    if it is not unclamped and checked by the sensor ,will not rotate to any toll and after a certain time will give alarm of overtime
