The AB12C-0043 main keypad is constantly beeping as if a key is stuck. Keypad and Function keys lock up.
This is happening sporadically but now seems to be a constant issue. Any ideas what is causing this issue?
This machine has the Multi-control as well for reference.

Many times the little metal bracket that does the clicking breaks, it’s possible it fell off and is now completing the circuit continually. Is your keypad in good condition?

I have taken it completely apart. All keys are working properly. I can turn the machine on and sometimes it will start beeping immediately while other times i can get through the power up sequence and then it starts beeping and the keys are now nonfunctional. It has happen before while running the machine and i would shut it down completely then restart and it would go away. It is not going away this time and i am stuck

I am now getting an SP 23 error message

Those boards go bad very often. That is likely the issue if it’s physically ok

I ended up disconnecting the power from the SP-23 board located on side of monitor cage. I powered up the machine and then connected power to board again. This resulted in an ACGC SYNC ERROR. I fixed that error and powered down then back up again. All is well. We shall see how long this last. So far it's been five days of running without issue.
