Hello.
I have problem with my machines y axis. So when i want to zero it, it will zero z axis normal and it will start zeroing y axis and go to zero position but on screen it wont disappear and i cant go further. So i need to restart machine and after 10-20 atempts it will zero it, but is still problem when im in manual mode i can move y axis in + but it wont move in - , and some time all axis will go only in + direction. What i have done till now exchange x and y measuring bar and servos, check cable conections. Conections looks ok and problem stayed on y axis. There is no error code and when i press - direction it will show feed rate but machine wont move. So my ideas stops here can somebody help me what else to check.

Maybe just limit switch stucks and when u hit it it stays on, so machine thinks it can not go any further in this direction.
I had the same problem about half year ago. Y axis limit switch is located in a place where old grease from cariages drops on it and after 30 years it can get glued a little.

Hello.
It is not limit switch i check all of them. Sometime y axis dont go reverse and sometime all 3 axes dont go reverse.
Does anybody have an idea what could be wrong?
