    Solidworks CAM post processor

    Hi all,
I use Solidworks CAM (not SolidCAM). Where should I put the PlanetCNC post processor files (.gpp and .vmid) so they will be taken into account by Solidworks? In particular, there is no 'GPPTOOL' folder in Solidworks installation.

Yes, I finally found that too :-(, thanks for your reply.
So I use the Mach3 post-processor in SolidWorks CAM, and it seems to work, at least with the simulation in PlanetCNC. Will see later if it works with the real machine...

I just finished to mount & wire everything, including limit switches. As previously said, it seems to work with the Mach3 post processor in SolidWorks CAM, but I'll see with the first metal cutting soon. I'll keep you informed of the results. For the moment, I'm very positively impressed by the quality of the TNG software which works like a charm :-)

I confirm that with one of the Mach3 post-processor (there are two, with and without G54 gCode) PlanetCNC works flowlessly with my "Harbor Freight" like mini-mill.
