CNC had a hydraulic leak, from a seal between the Turret and Spindle. Gearbox was stripped, cam was removed to replace the seal, on assembly the sensor timing went off. I did have 1007 - Turret Counter Error, which I resolved.
Symptoms : Turret not locking
Error : 1006
What are the significance of the red lights at the rear of the turret ?
- Position 1 (3 red lights) , Position 4 (1 red ) , Position 5 (2 red ) , Position 7 (2 red) , Position 9 (2 red) , Position 10 (1 red)

First thing you have to do is that when you call T01 you should be sure that the tool is in the center of the spindle and not above or under the spindle line so you know mehcanical the turret is coming correctly
after this is done ,you need to adjust the sensor cam for specific tool decode
As far as i see you can adjust the cams that make the sensor confirm
Ussualy in the electric book you should have the combination of the sensors for tool numbers ,something like this-this is an example
000-T01
001-T02
010-T03
011-T04
100-T05
101-T06
110-T07
111-T08

You need to check in the book what order is for your turret
Should be also a sensor for turret clamp but i do not see it in your video or photos.
do you have the electrical book?

The Manual's shown is what I have managed to attain for my machine, would really appreciate the guidance to get this machine in working order. I am based in South Africa - Kwa Zulu Nata - Durban , I have made attempts with several specialists who just became a financial affair as they never resolved the matter.
