Machine for foam - smaller than 8x4

We currently have an 8x4 Biesse Rover, which we mostly use for birch ply. We are doing a lot more with offset pocketing/cutting foam inserts, using Plastazote LD45 and similar.

None of these inserts are larger than about 800x400mm, so it takes up a lot of room on our Rover that then can't be used for processing ply. We'd like to get a smaller (4x4?) machine to deal just with foam. We don't have room for a second 8x4.

So, I'm looking for a machine (available in the UK) that can do:
    - Strong, ideally zoned, hold-down power from a vac bed
    - High spindle speeds (20k rpm), used with a down-cut foam cutter
    - 4x4 or smaller
    - Possibility for an oscillating knife attachment would be excellent but not essential

Any ideas what would be available please?

Hi - Whats a POT knife head? Does it cut tangentially or is the blade round? Peter
