I am putting a 3 micron scale in place of a 5 micron scale any thoughts on parameters need changed? mori seiki with a 16ima control.

2024=30000
2084=1
2085=2
Heiedenhain is saying it's more than resoloution it's a scale redesign. Original scale LC191F new scale LC195F

As far as i know there is a servo software update also to be made for that new linear scale to work
what type of controller you have? 16i,18i,21i,30i,31i,etc?
what is the version and edition of servo software now?
