Hi.
We have a fairly new Apex table that is running via Coreo software. Lately we have experienced that the table looses connection with the pc and we are unable to reconnect with the controller/pc.
This happens while the machine is running a job, and when it it finished and parked I see that the icon for no network contact is showing on the keypad.
When I check the pc the connection is lost, and the program that fails is Neti.exe. Coreo reports that the IP adress of the table is invalid, and Net.exe does not work. I can not just start the program, because it fails to start altogether.
This ha happened a couple of fridays in the late day, and I thought maybe it was some sort of task scheduled to run on the pc that caused the fail, but can not find anything. I tried to restart all machines but that does not help.
I can ping the Apex table, and the pc has network and internet. But no contact with the Apex table, and will not start Neti.exe.
Anybody got some ideas that I can try, or what is causing this?
The issue disappears usually within monday morning, and I can work with the table again.
