I'm at a total loss now in this portion of my journey with the fabrication of my CNC and am seeking some reassurance in the direction I'm lost at...
Let's talk Cable Drag Chain for a moment...
The mfg. mentions to order the radius in increments of like 50/75/100/125/150
Radius is what is confusing for me in this application...
for conversation, If I order a 100mm Radius will this chain have a @3.93 diameter measurement or doubled since radius's are measured from the center to outside of the circle
So, If I want 100 mm from the bottom of the chain to the bottom of the upper portion of the chain should I order a 50mm radius.?

Bend radius may be the centre of the drag chain (not the inner or outer surface)

IGUS have a good design tool, as do other drag chain manufacturers
