Hi Guys.

Trying my luck here.

We have a old Lagun 750 VMC with Heidenhain TNC 360 (Year 1998) in the shop.

THE PROBLEM
After start up, I am able to move and referance X,Y and Z axis and the tool magazine, no problem. When I attempt a tool change, X,Y and Z move into position but the magazine does not slide out to the spindle. I then receive the message "SERVO NOT STARTING".

WHAT I FOUND
-Immediately after starting the control panel, two 1amp curciut breakers labeled "SERVO MODE" trip in the back of the machine.

WHAT I HAVE CHECKED
- Pneumatics, solanoids, relays and limit switches responsible for moving the magazine.
- Door Switch.
- Traced all related wiring from "SERVO MODE breakers" to check for shorts/breaks.

Machine Technician is only available in 2 weeks and we need the machine to run ASAP.

Any tips, tricks or black magic I can try before concluding that it may be the actual servo thats faulty and having to wait for the technician.

Thanks in advance.
