Hi,

I'm looking to have an electric guitar body prototype milled from 6082 Aluminium. I do need a CNC file editing first though. I can supply a CNC file for the wooden version but for aluminium a lot of material needs removing to reduce the weight and then a full face plate separating out to be secured to the milled main body. Is this something someone can have a look at for me?

I'm not in that kind of business but would offer a couple of comments.First of all,have you seen the very realistic metallic finishes that can be applied to wood?Second,are there safety aspects to using a conductive body?
