HAAS TM1P air line inlet part — broken — need new one

Hello, I have 2009 TM1P and noticed an air leaking near the inlet behind the machine. Found the leak from this grey aluminum cylinder looking part. Can anyone tell me what this part is? So I can order replacement. It looks like there is no adjusting knob so I guess it is just for distribution purpose? Can I just make my own distribution block and replace it? Thanks in advance.

Is there a label or name plate with detail model name and brand?

You have an air outlet & outlet at the top, & a drain line at the base. It appears to be a filter with a water separator.
The item with the dial is a regulator, it seems to have a fill level gauge, so I suspect it is a air-oil lubricator.
The 3rd item at rear (clear glass) looks like another regulator with a manual water drain.
