Hey guys, I've had this machine for about six years. It has run pretty good for me. Last week, the turret stopped aligning. I get a "Turret not rotating" alarm. But the turret does rotate about 5 positions before it times out. The alarm indicates a prox switch problem. I can get to the prox switch by the top solenoid and I see the one under the back cover. I don't know how to test them. I'm not sure how to get into Program ware and I wouldn't know which bit to look for. The two small springs that push the locking pin up are ok. Any help or likely remedy would be appreciated. I'm in Rochester Hills, Michigan. [email protected]

You'll need to take a photo of the Duplomatic plate riveted to the tailstock (Centerline) of the Turret.
It has the model number and serial number on it. I could be a Mechanical or Servo turret depending on the plate info.
The machine originally came with a Duplomatic Manual in a clear plastic binder with a blue spine.
Also on the machine serial plate is the Control Diagram print number; what is it? 9120xxxxyyy?

Here are documents for the BSA-200 turret. Macouser in Charlotte, NC was the distributor and service for these in the past.
Hopefully you can figure something out and do not have to deal with them.
If you have the 91203107 Control Machine wiring diagrams they may help. If not Bill Oehler at Fives (Cincinnati) Hebron Tech Support can sell them to you.
