Enclosure on a Eldorado Bridge mill

Enclosure on a Eldorado Bridge mill. Got tired of cleaning coolant up and finding chips in the oddest places.
Made of angle aluminum and lexan
    Warning large pictures.

Front section the panels slide out the top. The whole front section can easily be removed. Lift right off, leaving half of the side shields on. So i can still mess with it in manual if need. Plus makes it easier to clean the back area with it off.

I put some FRP plastic on my back wall with a little drip edge on the bottom so the coolant goes into a sheet metal pan- In front I have a magnetic base with a lexan shield I can position in front of the cutting area.
