Hi All,

I'm new to this forum and hope I'm posting in right place.........

Ok so today, i start my router up, like every other day.

But today i run my router through spoil board code as my surface needs a clean.

Here's where my issue starts.

1- Do a code for a larger spoil board
2- I forget to change my controller Soft limits(not a problem as my hard limits are nowhere near.
3- so code starts cuts as normal, until it hits my soft limit.
4- I realize straight away what I've done in No2. change all necessary soft limit setting's.
5- home machine Bla bla bla......
6- Start code...spindle moves to position, spindle starts gets to speed, rapids down to 60,27.5,5 spindle still running........and thats where it stays.

I've just put that space there to show where its getting stuck....

I'm Baffled tried numerous toolpaths 3 different cam software still gets stuck there just spinning away....

any help would be appreciated......

So it doing the rapid ok and spindle on ?
Is the feed switch ok ?
Why no H value for tool offsett or G54/59 for fixture ?
