    CNC cuts 25% larger than design.

    Designed sign in Carbide Create 7 in mm. Grbl Controller sends to CNC Xpro V5 cut is 25% larger than design but true not distorted.

    Have you measured how far each axis moves when commanded to go a certain distance? The simplest explanation is that your steps per unit need adjustment.

    No I have not. Will start my day off with that tomorrow. Say something about that years back, but neither of my previous machines did such a thing, and I forgot all about it! Thank you!!
