Hello,

I have 6040 CNC machine 2.2kw with 4 axsis. Every gcodes I'm making in UCanCam program. After calibrating I have some issues like:
1. Cutiing not in one line, like on the photo:

2. Sometimes cutting in material like this:

3. Not making circle:


Any ideas? Or some has same problem? Maybe it is problem with controller?

I'd look for mechanical issues first, like a coupler or pulley that's slipping or a bearing that's loose. If you can't find anything like that, try reducing the acceleration on any axis that's not performing correctly.

A picture of the machine might have been useful.One way of learning more is to run the same sequences in the opposite direction and to compare the results.I would be surprised if it is the controller and it might help us if we knew what depth of cut,spindle speed and feed rate you were using.I agree with awerby that a mechanical issue is the first thing to look for and it would only take something like a bolt vibrating loose to cause problems.
