Anybody know what these are in the ladder?

I got a free TV400 that had zero documentation and no parameters. It's an 8K machine with the 20 tool changer. I've managed to get a set of parameters from a similar machine and get it somewhat running.

The red light blinks in alarm status when you run the spindle and it only runs for 1 second and then stops. There is no alarm on the screen and there are no drive alarms. Also the manual tool release will not work because G33 is not being met. I have a lot of documentation coming on Monday but nothing as far as a hard copy of the ladder so I was hoping someone could help me out.

I believe the addresses are specific to the 20 tool changer or never machines because a friend with a TV-30 does not have G33, G1103 and M620.

never figured out what those elements are but 6421.1 and 6426.1 are required with ladder update C03 and cleared the alarms.
