I'm reaching out to you regarding the repair of the Stanko OMS-61 machine, manufactured in 1994, equipped with the HEIDENHAIN TNC 355 control. As the owners of this machine, we are facing an issue of erased parameters due to non-use, which has led to a drained battery. During the operation of the machine, we also noticed the occurrence of an error during the load of the Z-axis, although we do not recall the exact specification of this error.

We have received a proposal for an update to the control, which includes new motors and electronics. However, we believe that this update is not feasible for us. Instead, we are seeking a professional who would be willing to repair the machine so that we can resume production, especially for drilling side holes.

Try looking for a paper sheet with parameters of a same machine. Then is simply to write the parameters into memory ram
