Im new on handling a CNC MACHINE. But this one works like this. The boss gives me an usb and in there are the files to run. Last week it was working fine until the next file to run simply didnt start. They fix it. Didnt tell me how. And now it happened again. And the person who fix it its not here and we need to start running.

Compare the file that was fixed to the original one that didn't work. Pay particular attention to the initial string of characters, which may have contained a command that was causing the file to malfunction. Or a command might have been missing - some machines, for instance, require a "%" sign at the top and bottom of the file in order to load.
