we have a miyano bne-51s cnc with fanuc 18i-TB controller.

machine started to give 5007 too large distance alarm.

HEAD1 is working fine, no alarms or issues.

On HEAD2 i got this alarm on auto,homing and even on JOG move.

2 of the 3 axis move up 126mm/m speed
3rd one only moves 78mm/m.
axis move with no problem on slower speeds, no drive error or mechanical issue

i have checked parameters around 1400 didnt see any limits.
tried to crosscheck parameters of HD1 and HD2 and nothing i can figure out.

any help is much appreciated

In the HPCC mode, the machine moved beyond the limit.

OR

Due to compensation, point of intersection calculation, interpolation or similar reasons, a movement distance that exceeds the maximum permissible distance was specified.
Check the programmed coordinates or compensation amounts.
