Punch iron angle bar hole and countersink in one swoop

    Hi,
I currently drill and then use countersink bit to make holes for standard no6 or no 8 screws. I would like to buy one of those electric hydraulic punching machines and use a punch and die of 4.2 mm to make a hole and the countersink. There are some companies that will create a custom die punch, but I think I found one that looks exactly like what they suggest. The story is in the pictures.

Pic 5. the punch die I want to buy (less expensive)
My question is - will it work?
I you can share how standard 90 brackets with countersink are made, why there isn't a common solution for this.
    Best, Ariel

It is possible that my account which is new, was not verified. Now it is, please let me know if the pictures are visible. I'm able to see the images - here's a direct ink to the post - https://en.industryarena.com/forum/p...p--468859.html
