    Torchmate 501A Signal generator lost conection when plasma is ON

    Hi,

    I have a Torchmate 4x4 Series Table with a Hyperterh Plamsa Cutter, working for several years, wherever since a few day ago start whir this issue:

    Once I Turn on the Signal generator and the AVHC, everthing is fine the move and the run program but when start to cut, and light the plasma torch appers the error "Torchmate cannot connect again the signal generator, error code 18003, or "Tochmate timed out while attempting to send data to the Signal Generator, The Sofware is no longer connected to the Signal generator.

    I already check all the conections, but the provlem persist, any comentes about it?

    Software: Version 4.0.59
    Signal Generator: 501A
    Type Connection: USB
