Problem #1 sounds like you had a Macro called by an M code. That M code is saved in parameters. I cant remember it off the top of my head but the G code macro calls I believe are #6055, It is some where around there. Probably missing some variables that do not satisfy a condition in the M Code macro and this is why you get the message.

    good luck.

This is a really wild guess from somewhere out in left field, as I have not had anything to do with this brand of machine, but could it be that your bar diameter is set to zero? Could possibly be the solution to both problems, maybe, dunno, as I said left field.

401 SERVO ALARM: n–th AXIS VRDY OFF

    1) The n–th axis servo amplifier ready signal (DRDY) went
    off. Check the servo amplifier.
    2) This alarm may occur if a servo amplifier is shared by several NC
    units.

    Unhappy HELP !

    Hello.
The bigger problem is with our spindle. We can move all axis and we can change tools. But when we type M03 S100 in MDI mode the spindle starts to rotate and alarm 1007 trips that trip alarm 401 402 that shutdown all regulators. Then we need to turn off and on whole system to restart that error. Also the error is show even if we rotate spindle with our hands.
On our monitor alarm 1007 says:
Alarm 1007 Spindle Speed Monitor See.

We dont have any description of this alarm.
There is an addon on spindle regulator that shows error 03.
On ladder diagram the input x0008.3 (SSMAL) goes to 1 and that trips the alarm.
We thought it might be parameter problem. Because ours battery died. We are short on books for maintance. We dont have electronic schemes.
    Any help would be ok.
In attachments there are 2 pictures. First are regulators and second is spindle addon.
    Best regards.

first move the jumper in target spindle left to right, shut down the machine, wait 4 seconds, put black button, on the machine, look display target until to 6300
release the button, turn off and restart the machine.
