I have been trying to rotate a G150 pocket using G68 and it don't seem to
work. Is there a setting I need to change or some other trick to make it work

Parameter 57 COMMON SWITCH 1 the one labelled ENA ROT & SC should be a 1 for Rotation and Scaling to be enabled. If it is a 0 you do not have rotation.
This is an option that needs a code number to activate but I don't know the cost.
An open mind is a virtue...so long as all the common sense has not leaked out.
Edit
I don't think it is possible. I have been messing around with irregular shapes with islands and I can see that it would be impossible to rotate all the cut paths needed to do these weird shapes with islands.
Thanks for looking anyway.

It is on. We have it on all our Haas Mills. Can't get along with out it.
My 2006 Haas VF-2B has coordinate rotation and scaling but, yes, for some reason, with G150 the pocket sub-sequence does not also rotate. I had several vise stations that were 180 degree rotation so my work-around was to have separate G150 subs for those stations. There may be some way to jam a G68 into the G150 sub but I have not figured that out. OK, so you are right the G150 sub is not rotated by G68 which is a headache. Fortunately for me, a 180 degree rotation is easy as you just invert the x and y motions but if you have an arbitrary angle then you have a big problem with rotations and G150.
