Can you elaborate on how to create that file and use it if you needed to reinstall Mach to recreate all your settings?

I just have a bunch of jpegs of screen shots of the different setting windows so I can manually reset everything if ever needed.

    Thank you

Copy it from your Mach3 folder and either burn it on a CD, or put it somewhere else. When you reinstall Mach3, just copy it back into the Mach3 folder. No need to create it, it's already there. It's the file that all your settings are stored in.
