I thought I'd start a little fun thread of showing off your parts made with the Tormach system. Please feel free to post what you've made and maybe a little description of setup.

Ok maybe not....
"Ok. You start."
I wish I had a Tormach at the moment, waiting on a few things before my purchase. I was hoping users would chime in showing the capabilities of the machine, that's all.
After seeing a few clips on the 4 axis I then reapplied for another loan. My girlfriend & I are relocating, so I need to wait until I'm situated again. I would hate to move around a 1 ton machine by myself.
oh moving it by your self is not so bad.
oh wait, yes it is.
i think you have seen some of the parts in my thread. a big reason i've been posting pictures and videos is there just wasn't much out there when i was looking to purchase a tormach. i know seeing the capabilities helps to make a purchase that significant, especially if you are new to machining. i was lucky enough to have some one in driving distance with a tormach and was nice enough to let me take a look at it. this definatly sold me on it. it would have been very tough to spend that kind of money sight unseen.
ok, here's a part to show off. i hope it is funny enough that no one will be offended. it is one of the smilies from another forum i frequent.
i just purchased the licence for sheetcam so i figured i'd give it a try.
this part was roughed out with an 1/8" 2 flute carbide endmill then finished with an 1/8" 2 flute carbide ballmill. it is about 4" by 7.5" and .130" depth of cut. i didn't time it but i think it took about 3 hours to cut. the step over was set to 10% on the finish and that alone took about an hour and 20 minutes but it left a cool finish.
i have a couple videos that i will post when they get uploaded.
edit: here are a couple videos. they mostly show the mach3 screen. they aren't very exciting.

Very nice finish! Thanks for the videos & pic.
Yes it does help with deciding on the machine, but I've already made my decision. I'm just sitting around waiting for now and it's driving me nuts. All I need to do now is sell my current CNC mill and I'm ready togo.
Hi - Here is one of my first mold made with the help of Tormach - I was too scared to cut the cavities direct (I am new to CAD/CAM) so made a double sided electrode on my PCNC then spark eroded the cavities.
Very nice mold. I can't believe the finishes that you guys are getting on these parts with this machine, I CAN NOT wait.
Plyers right ?
Here is a finished product of mine. Most of the parts were achined on the Tormach.

Thank You. It is an astronomical telescope focuser that I manufacture using the Tormach. see: http://clementfocuser.com
Very nice looking parts !!!
I'm finally moved in and almost ready to order my machine. )))))
Keep'em coming !
I just got my Tormach right before Christmas. This is a handlebar clamp for my motorcycle. I still need to polish it a bit more though. I use Bobcad for my cadcam.
Pictures attached of the Second and Third parts machined on my Tormach; they are also the Second and Third part I have ever machined.
Looking very good guys
Working on my coolant pump.
Wow that is pretty sweet!
Finished the top !
