Question How to output Parameters for Okuma LB10

    Hi,
This is my first post. Please be gentle.

    I've got an Okuma LB10 OSP5000L.
Uploads and downloads programs okay over a serial cable from the BobCAD's send/receive text editor.
I use TT: at the lathe to send programs in and out of Oki.

Can any one tell me how to output the system variables? Backlash settings and the like. Just lost the parameters in a Yasnak due to a bad motherboard and and poor planning on my part and I don't want that for the other machines if I can avoid it.

    Thank you

In "Edit" mode press the page over key until you find "DPIP" press "Output" do not add a file name but do tell it to go out "TT". It's been a long time since I've done this so I may be off but it should output an "A.TOP" file. To the best of my knowledge you can not reload the file this way. Has to be to an Okuma formatted disk to reload. If the machine does not have a disk drive you can contact your local service rep. Ours loans us a disk drive for no charge.
