    jpg/whatever to DXF

I'm sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, but I didn't know where else to post.

I just got a Torchmate Plasma table, and am trying to figure out how to convert a jpg (or whatever) to something I can use.

I am using Torchmate CAD software. I have Adobe Photoshop as well.
I've got a simple black and white jpg image, looks fine in bitmap. I can import it into Torchmate CAD, and it looks fine still. But I don't know how to get it to make a cut path on it.
Obviously my ultimate goal is to get it into a DXF file to cut it out.
I saw another thread on doing it with Coral Draw, or whatever, however I don't have that.

Thank you for any advice you can give me!

Either trace it in a CAD program, or use a raster to vector converter.
