    Solid works!

is there a way to open a SLDPRT. file using mastercam or NX. I have to quote a part but the customer sent a solidwork file. Is there any software online that i can down load that will convert the file? Thanks

MasterCAM or NX - I believe you can buy a plug in for MC, don't know anout NX.
No free software for conversion that I know of.
But you can get a free viewer from SolidWorks web site

Only if you download the plug-in first (it used to be free...and should still be).
