Hi All, had to re register, thought I had an account but that was years ago.

We bought an ancient Mazak with a T2, lucky that it has the EIA option and will take G code.

Problem is I need a few examples of "what it is looking for" since it seems to be finicky especially with tool offsets. I have done many mills but never run a lathe cnc.

If someone has a couple g code programs with at least one tool change they could throw at me I would greatly appreciate it. We are not a job shop we do custom turbocharger pieces for our own products.

Now off to the other topics here, I might even be able to lend a hand elsewhere, I saw a mach 3 forum here somewhere....

Anychance you have the programming and operations manuals with your T-2? We are in bad need of them and are willing to compensate for copying or postage or whatever. Mazak are a bunch of crooks.
