    Mazak Integrex 200Y

    We just put a new job on our 2000 Mazak Integrex 200Y. It is 10" diameter tubing with an 7" bore. The I.D. is running out a ton out and when we bore it the head (turret) flexes back and forth. Granted the boring bar moves in and out of the cut but we are only taking a .100 DOC at a .010 feed. I tried a deeper cut to get a continuos cut but it made it worse. I watched the ballscrew and it is smooth so I know it is just the head flexing. It looks awefull but does not seem to cause any problems. Is this normal or should we look at something inside the turret? Thanks in advance
