I am getting ready to make my HF 7x10 Mini Lathe into a CNC conversion so lets see how you CNC'ed your 7x Mini Lathe!

Please post if it was a kit or built from plans (yours or someone elses) and if there were things you would have done differently or not.

Here are mine. Im currently in the process of selling it, making up some capital for my next project, a slant bed cnc lathe from scratch. So far ive had lots enquiries. Who doesn't want a cnc lathe

Haha, it wasn't meant like that. I'll stick to selling it for pickup (doesnt even wanna think about the shipping cost :-s ), want to make sure that people know what they are buying. But the pricetag is at 1900$, thats less than i paid for the components, so i think its pretty fair:-)

Oh, and i temporary removed the x-axis motor and motormount and the z axis leadscrew. You can see how it looks when assembled in the build thread.
