    Error in mach3 mill

I am getting this error in mach3 when I try and do a profile mop.

Radius to end of arc differs from radius to startline

The mop is just profiling the outside of a rectangle that has rounded radius corners.

I had someone from another forum load my .nc file into mach3 and they said they did not get the error.

Could there be a config value in my Mach3 that is not right?
Not sure what to look for?

I attached the dxf file and the nc file.
The nc file is .txt cause .nc files are not allowed.
Cambam is doing the cam work here.

Appreciate if anyone has any info as to what the problem is.
    Thanks

I usually get this error when the IJ mode is set to exact or something like that. I set this mode to incremental, and then no longer get this error.

    Thanks Lee,
    appreciate the help.
Where do you set the IJ mode?

Right on the main screen in Mach 3.

I am using a custom screen set.
    What is the field called?

I don't recall seeing anything saying IJ

    Edit:
I just loaded the stock mach3 screen.
I only see a led that says radius correct?

No, it's in the general config screen, under the Config menu.

    Ok, that was it.

Mine was set to Absolute, I set it to Inc and now mach3 is fine with those radius cuts

Thanks so much, I'm off to do some cutting

That was it. Thanks Ger. My mind was missing a step or two this AM. Gotta reduce that velocity setting sometimes.
