Does CamWorks 2007 work with assemblies?

Yes, you can either do multiples of the same part or different parts. You can create tomb stones or fixtures for the setups. You can also avoid any clamp you create.

Smile Integration of CWs with SWs

the good thing is that you can even use solidworks configuration in camworks and it gets recorded into camworks configuration. lol.

There is actually a whole section of the manuals that address assembly machining. It is actually a little crazy and confusing...of course I am just a dumb machinist what do I know ;P

go to the start/all programs/CAMWorks/manual/mill and turn tutorial.

    Good luck!!
