I have seen posts with a lot of people having a hard time learning SolidWorks. "Inspirtech.com" has a series of training videos for the beginner. Watch the videos online or have a DVD sent to you. Even seasoned users are picking up useful information. The price is very reasonable, check it out www.inspirtech.com.
The course was put together by a SolidWorks certified school teacher; I think the videos are very well done.

I have downloaded and printed out the tutorials and looked them over, I have bought a lot of different books in the last year on SolidWorks. By far this is the best tutorial out there on the market, infact in my opinion it should standard be in Solidworks!
