    Controller not detected

    I have powered up the controller and then opened up the software. and I get controller not detected. I tried to go in and change the com port and It doesn't reconize the com port, I went in and changed the machine setup for the table size and saved it, still does not see the controller. I have the motors locking and all 3 drives have the red lights on. The control board has the blinking light so it seems that the hardware side is working just no controller. Please HeLPPPPPPP!

    Make sure 2nd Generation controller box is checked in your machine setup. I've also had this happen from trying to use the wrong type of serial cable.
