    Wiring Question

    I am in the final stages of setting up my router and am experiencing difficulty that may be associated with my wiring. I have sporatic action coming out of my G320s and I'm sure it must be due to the wire I am using as everything is hooked up correctly. I am using unshielded 22/4 AWG cable for my encoders and 16 AWG multistranded machine tool wire for my power.

    Can people please make recommendations and comments on better wire options?

    Use shielded wires for all signal wires, and don't run them in parallell with power cables.

    I don't know if this will make your problem disappear, but it is the recommended way of doing things.
