    puma 400LM main spindle stabillity, got any?

    Any one with a puma 400? Do you have problems with stability with the spindle when roughing? I cant take any big cuts during roughing, it makes the machine shake, alot. THe machine is almost new and havent run many hours, so it should be in a good condition. I never had this kind of problems in the puma 300.. I had jobs there that were 4mm cut and feeds up to 0.9mm/rev. in the 400 I end upp around 3-3.5mm cuts and about 0.35mm and even then I get problems during entering the part..

    hi, we have one at work and to he honist it is great, very stable , is your mc leveled correct?
