At 25K rpm and 9mils of material removal, clean edges with a new sharp bit can be had at 12ipm. If the remaining trace width is wide enough you can go faster, as remaining trace width gets smaller you run the risk of tearing the remaining trace. For example if your leaving a 10 mil trace, you are taking chances at faster than 8ipm for the above example.
