RFQ - small knurled 'caps' for M2 SHCS

    Hi folks,

I am looking for someone who can produce a bunch (~50-200) knurled 'caps' into which the head of a SHCS socket head cap screwswill then be pressed.
The caps will allow a user to finger-tighten the M2 SHCS.

The outer diameter of the 'cap' will be approx 0.25".
The hole into which the SHCS screw will be pressed will preferably be a 'blind' hole. The OD of the 'cap' will be knurled for finger-grip with a small bevel on OD of both ends of the 'cap'.

Unfortunately, I need an M2 screw.... It appears that Misumi already has a product that would work if I was using an M3 screw!. I know at least one company produces caps like this, but they don't make them for M2 SHCS.

The material could be almost any steel, although some sort of stainless would be preferred so they don't get 'rusty' from use/exposure to fingers (these will not be outside).

    Thank you &
    Best regards,
