how do i add Tooling to CATIA?

I figured out the CAM tools in CATIA V5 but one thing i cannot figure out is how to add a premade tool library or for that matter where i can get one. Ive seen MasterCAM where it has premade tooling bits for all the tools and i want the same thing in CATIA. I know how to edit individual tools but that would be alot of work to do each time i make up a process.

BTW im running a student but fully functional version of CATIA V5R17.
Stuff i can use: AutoCAD 2010, AutoCAD Inventor 2010, Solidworks 2009, MasterCAM X2/X4, CNC's FADAL, and Hurco 3-axis CNC Mill

You can build a new catalog or append to an existing by right clicking on the tool in the Resources list and then NC Resources/Save to catalog
