Help with Takisawa Mac V2E w/Fanuc Controler Please.

Have a Takisawa Mac V2E milling machine w/Fanuc 10M controler. The darned thing has decided that no matter where we set the Y axis it is 6.416 off in the positive direction. Does anyone have any idea if this is a problem that has somehow been inadvertently commanded, or is this a component malfunction in the controler? Any help would be very much appreciated.
    Thanks

Sounds like it could be an application error.

What is 'off in the positive direction? If you home it, what is displayed on the screen? Zero?
If you MDI a position after homing, is it off at that point?

The Y work zero offset in off that much. After homing the machine displays all zeros, as if everything is normal. If given an MDI command it will also be this far off. If the amount of 6.416 is input+ into the offset we are able to run the machine.

    Dear Electromet

I'm reviewing a Takisawa MAC-V2E FANUC 10M, the battery is low and erased all parameters, you could help me with the parameters.
