    AUXILLARY STEADY REST FOR PATRIOT

    I have had some need to work parts with the steady rest on the chuck side of the carriage. The standard steady rest can be moved, but its a heavy sucker. I called Shoptask and they had the old style units in stock and they fit the new machine. For me it was worth the cost just to be able to set this one in place- having 2 steadies opens up a lot of possibilities too.
