    compatible w/ Mitu scales

I have an older 2-axis mitu DRO system and the DRO has stopped working. Do I have to replace with a Mitu DRO or are others compatible?

    thanks,
    Paul

Most scales have the normal 5v differential output, but the problem is usually matching up the resolution, and how much the dro is configurable, and the connector pin out.
Some scales/DRO's, however like Heidenhain and a few others use a 1vp/p sinewave output.
The bottom line is you need to know the requirements of both DRO and scale.
